Following the instructions contained in the letter: "YOU MUST NOTE DOWN ALL THE IDEAS CONTAINED IN WHAT FOLLOWS, AS IF THEY WERE NOTES FOR A NOVEL OF FICTION, AND DESTROY THE MISSIVE, WHICH MUST NOT FALL INTO THE WRONG HANDS AT ANY PRICE", the recipient copied almost word for word the whole of it, merely replacing some words with synonyms and/or abbreviating certain sentences, while always remaining faithful to the spirit of the letter. After validating the letter with "Xapx", "Mariluz" and a third member of the group, DWF, who also knew the new seal, the recipient destroyed the original letter, photocopies and files of it. However, in order to assure Mr "Jean Pollion" of the correctness of the Ummite words transcribed, he kept digital images of the passages of the letter in which some word in the language of UMMO appeared. In the present reconstruction, the preserved paragraphs (see pdf) are in black, while the reconstructed part is in blue type.

There are many things we would like to tell you, but first we want to make one premise clear: “We are legitimately worried about the psychological harm we have done you”. You, Mr Manuel, must solemnly make (and make to yourself) a promise: “Intelligent self-restraint of enthusiasm towards UMMO culture and values”.

We know that for many years you have professed a very sound ideology and a flawless ethic of your own, but we also know that our writings reinforce those beliefs, and we fear contributing to strengthen the result. Thanks to our dynamic miniaturized equipment we have picked up your “conversations” (soliloquies rather) which, much to our regret, we cannot answer, even knowing your unshakeable faith in our ideas. We beg you, Mr Manuel, to moderate your enthusiasm and to study our texts with the appropriate healthy distance. It is this concern that has kept us at an epistolary distance from you, when the intention of my brothers and of the one writing this would have been to contact you a long time ago. The fear of injecting more harmful motivating effects made us refrain. How could we not have praised before now your dedication to us, your tremendous work with our texts and your unwavering defence of our conceptions? We ask you, Mr Manuel, to limit your addiction, and we propose that you set an idea or group of ideas against the appearance of the idea of UMMO during the day or in bed before sleeping (our equipment picks this up perfectly), SWITCHING to it (them) when you become aware of the situation. Your spiritual studies of the past may help you in this (not all of them equally valued by us). The commitment to adopt this conduct IS AN INDISPENSABLE CONDITION FOR RECEIVING FUTURE COMMUNICATION FROM US.

We are dejected by the effect caused by a simple diagnosis (as respectful as we could make it) issued about XXX. He has now aggravated his syndrome without our being able to do anything about it any longer (and we will do nothing from now on, nor mention him). On another matter, we are now working out how to continue the transcendent information we have sent you. We do not want to offend you, but despite our didactic efforts you are very slow to understand (when you do!) many of the things we want to convey to you. Perhaps the one who has best understood the whole of the information is you, and that is why we want to communicate with you in the fervent hope that a group of no more than 7 OEMMII will activate the informational acceleration of the BUUAAWEE BIIAEEII that may begin to save you from the moral swamp in which you OEMMII of OYAGAA are immersed. For these purposes we are currently working, besides with you, with sixteen other OEMMII in the countries Australia, Nigeria, People's Republic of China, France, Canada and Spain. You are the one who has best understood the (very complex) nature of the so-called “mirror BUAWA”. You also come very close to reality in your understanding of the function of the OEMMII OUXII BIIAEEII. Read carefully: you, in general, have despised the personality and conduct of David Icke. You have looked at the finger that points to the moon (congratulate your two brothers who noticed the error in the quotation. We use these deliberately scattered errors to measure (without any malice), among other factors, your degree of credulity and lack of critical spirit, which leads you not to check sources, original quotations, names associated with ideas. We confess to you how discouraging the result is. You are a gregarious species, defenceless against the aggression of leaders gifted at persuasion, instead of forming groups of individuals who think for themselves and afterwards accept the decision of a freely elected leader).

Your brother DI has told the truth, even about the idea of the “reptilians” that you find so repugnant. It is true that DI has larded the matter with metaphors. There has been no chromosomal hybridization between your leaders and the “reptilians” (who EXIST and whom we call by another name indicated in past reports, in which we already added , by the way, that they do not in any way enjoy our respect, since they seek to organize the future of OYAGAA in a morally repulsive way). We, together with two foreign species who visit you, will only intervene in this crime against humanity if your planet ran the risk of extinction (a “relatively low” probability to date -16,77%-). There is indeed a high risk that the plan to merge the nations of OYAGAA into a single Global State, dominated by an “elite” that has gradually taken hold of power since your darkest ages, may come to fruition and, though in a negentropic way, may turn out to be unacceptably lethal for the most disadvantaged of the planet, possibly entailing the coldly planned physical death, without the need for spectacular weapons, of hundreds of millions of OEMMII (¡!). You should know, Mr Manuel (distrust other sources more or...) that 0,096% of the brothers of the country USA hold 25,68% of that country's wealth and, directly or indirectly, 44,89% of the planet's wealth. The serious thing is that, under the protection of these sick people, a whole caste of overseers (9,04% of all OYAGAA) vegetates, administering their fortunes for them and receiving in exchange stipends of every kind that are morally unacceptable. Adding this group, with due weighting, to that of “masters” and overseers, this plutocracy holds power over 54,47% of your fellow citizens of the country USA… and 78,09% of the wealth of all OYAGAA!!! But the most serious thing is that the model sustaining this insane situation has been going on for 35 years on your beautiful planet WITHOUT YOU SEEMING TO HAVE ANY WAY OF STOPPING IT.
